We are seeking a Part-Time High School Youth Ministries Director who is a committed Christian and eager to continue growing in a deep, authentic relationship with Christ. This role focuses on high school students, creating space for them to explore faith, ask real questions, and live out the love of Jesus in everyday life.
The Youth Director will prayerfully discern God’s direction for the ministry and bring creativity, vision, and leadership to help build and shape a thriving youth ministry during an exciting season of renewal. You will have the opportunity to plan and lead gatherings, nurture relationships, equip student leaders, and develop ministries that connect faith to real life—all within the theology and structure of the United Methodist Church.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration and being part of a supportive team. The Youth Director will work closely with the Senior Pastor, Assistant to the Pastor, other pastoral staff, and dedicated ministry leaders who are deeply invested in the spiritual lives of young people. Skills in audio/visual or digital media are a strong plus, as we value creative and engaging ways to communicate with students.
Continuing education is encouraged—and sometimes required—because we believe healthy ministry flows from leaders who keep learning, growing, and listening for where God is moving next.
